Treat yourself to nice shoes and workout gear. If you feel good about yourself when you are working out, you’ll be more likely to do it.

Exercise is about moving your body in ways that challenge you, but don’t wreck you. I aim for consistency from a time spent perspective and variety from a movements perspective.

Keep it Simple Exercise Guidelines

  1. Figure out some generally consistent times each week, where you dedicate 30 minutes of your time, 4x a week.
  2. Do what you like and mix it up, so as not to get board or over train to the point of injury. Weight lifting, basketball, running, tennis, yoga, even walking are a few that I like.
  3. Treat yourself to nice shoes and workout gear. Look good, feel good, play good. If you feel good about yourself when you are working out, you’ll be more likely to do it.
